Returns Policy

  • Overall Policy:​
    • All returns must be within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise.​
    • We will accept returns for most stocking parts. No returns on electrical components. ​
    • Return parts must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.​
    • We will reimburse reasonable ground shipping costs when the error is ours. We will not reimburse expedite shipping costs.​
    • If you return an item you didn’t buy from us, you’ll have to pay shipping to have it sent back to you.​
    • Returns sent COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.​
    • We cannot accept returns on any of the following:​
      • Items more than 30 days from the date of sale​
      • Electrical parts (if package is opened)​
      • Items not in its original condition (showing indications of being installed or used)​
      • Damaged items​
      • Kits that have been opened (maintenance kits, carburetor repair kits, gasket kits, starter repair kits, etc.) ​
  • Credits and shipping costs:​
    • Within 30 business days of receipt of your returned item, you will be issued credit for the original purchase price and applicable sales tax. Core credits will also be processed within 15 business days.​
    • If the reason for your return was caused by Yanmar (i.e., damaged or defective items, wrong part shipped), we will cover the freight charges on the replacement items​
  • Items purchased online and shipped to a home address can be returned free of charge via UPS.​
    • Obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) by contacting customer support​
      • They will give you the following options:​
        • UPS shipping label emailed to you so you may print it​
      • Sign in or create account​
        • Select “My Orders” tab​
        • Select the “Return Items” option​
    • Returning the items via UPS:​
      • The package must have two labels attached:​
        • First is the RGA shipping label​
        • Second is the UPS (ARS) label that you will obtain from customer support/online​
      • The combination of these two labels will allow proper shipping, billing, and tracking of return to ensure you are credited quickly and properly​
      • Simply take your package to any location that has regularly scheduled UPS pick-ups​
